Malcolm Adler

Clinical Director

Malcolm opened his initial Canine Hydrotherapy practice in 1999. In 2010 he was one of the first in the UK to successfully complete an extended diploma in Canine Aquatherapy.
Spending over a decade serving as a senior officer of the Canine Hydrotherapy Association (CHA), he was elected Chairman from 2005 to 2007.Employed by the regulator to audit hydrotherapy centres throughout the country he is regularly invited to lecture to veterinary professionals on the subjects of hydrotherapy, aquatherapy and land-based therapies.
Malcolm became the inaugural recipient of a national award for services to the industry.

Victoria McGowan-Olyott

Veterinary Physiotherapist

Victoria qualified from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy. Regularly attending veterinary CPD courses to stay up to date with current research and treatment methods.
Victoria is experienced in treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions with her area of expertise biased towards a balance of neural, arthritic and post operative rehabilitation treatment.
Joining ARC in 2011 she receives referrals from a variety of veterinary practices in Herts, Essex, and the home counties. Victoria was also a regular guest speaker at Advanced Pet Health Councillor courses.
With an insatiable hunger for knowledge, those fortunate enough to have met Victoria will instantly recognise her infectious passion and positivity towards both the animals she cares for and their owners.
In her spare time Victoria enjoys spending precious time with Jaidan her son, whom she is immensely proud of, and of course her animals; Doris her senior horse, Vulcan her senior Utonagan & Dusty her cheeky rescue dog.

Isabella Glater

3rd year Canine Therapy Student

Isabella is a 3rd Year Canine Therapy Student with a passion for working and helping animals in need.
Prior to this she obtained an Extended Diploma in Sport, Fitness & Personal Training, allowing her to attain knowledge of anatomy and physiology that is implemented into every session.
With big ambitions for the future and always striving to learn more and improve, we were delighted to welcome her to ARC on a work experience program, but she has quickly become an integral part of our team.



Chloe Wheeler

3rd year Canine Therapy Student


Chloe has volunteered at ARC since August 2022 after completing her Animal Management diploma at Capel Manor College. She has since developed her passion for canine rehabilitation and is currently working towards her BSc (Hons) degree in Canine Therapy, soon to be a qualified canine therapist.
Chloe has ambitions for the future, including completing a master’s in veterinary physiotherapy within the next upcoming years.
Since volunteering at ARC Chloe has learnt so much and enjoys working with the dogs and watching them progress each session.
In her spare time, Chloe loves forest walks with her dog Percy.

Freya Lane

Animal Welfare Diploma Student


After spending some time working with dogs and cats at local boarding kennels, Freya joined the team at ARC in 2023. She is currently studying for her diploma in animal welfare.
With a habit of rescuing stray/injured animals (e.g unhatched ducklings, raising them till ready to be released back into the wild and her current cat Tats from being euthanised) fuelling her desire to help dogs in need.
Her ultimate goal is to become a qualified canine hydrotherapist expanding her knowledge in the canine rehabilitation field.
